Karen serves as the primary contact for any matter concerning an existing account, but also plays a critical role in the acquisition of new business. She has been with Elite since it’s inception in 2000, and has been an integral part of their tremendous growth and success.

Karen is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the business, and as such she services her own accounts as well as those of two Senior Account Executives. Her responsibilities include all aspects of client contact: providing quotations, creating sales proposals, processing orders and following up with recently completed projects. She ensures that clients take advantage of the wide array of products and services offered by Elite.

Prior to joining the company, Karen worked with Eric Weiss at Wes Design & Supply Co. and prior to that spent ten years with Premier Restaurant Supply Company.
